Welcome to Mila Arts
Mila means 'culture' in Swahili, a language spoken mostly on the East Coast of Africa.
Mila is a pathway to a global culture of music, movement, rhythms and art.
With roots firmly in Africa, Asia and now Australia, Mila has a vision to educate, share and inspire through different African and Earth mediums.
Come and visit us at Glasshouse Mtns Community Hall on Mondays, Chermside Precinct Hall on Wednesdays, or at one of our performances. We'd love to meet and share some culture with you. Mila Arts supports the linking of community through its cultural activities and embodies a philosophy of diversity and harmony.
